Maintaining the unique coastal charm of Fingal Head, Bare Build spent 2026 transforming this beachside shack into an elegant, calming home. Thoughtful detailing, natural materials, and a soft coastal palette bring a sense of ease and refinement throughout. Finished with outstanding garden and landscaping works that seamlessly connect indoors to out, this has truly been a project to remember.

Bare Build worked closely with an incredible client to deliver a luxury carport in Wategos, thoughtfully bringing their vision to life. The design featured soft, inviting finishes that seamlessly complemented the property’s coastal elegance.

We recently completed a stunning shed renovation in Fingal appropriately named 'Cal Somni', seamlessly blending aesthetics with practicality. By partnering with local trades and using high quality, locally sourced products, we ensured that the project not only reflects the beauty of the region but also supports the local community. The end result is a space that is both visually striking and highly functional, tailored to the needs and lifestyle of its owners.

Following the clients design brief for this property keeping the original retro feel and adding flood mitigation measures throughout. Flowing on from the Cal Somni project into the house 'Fingal Road' renovation with these wonderful clients, Bare Build was able to present a meticulous project that complimented its surrounding landscape and provide an oasis for the clients to relax and rejuvenate. Fingal Road was an award winning project in 2025 at the MBA Northern Rivers Excellence in Building awards.

Working closely with Hecker Guthrie on a residential project in Byron Bay, Taurey and the team have crafted a one of a kind holiday home that blends innovation with luxury. The design features high end finishes, meticulously applied interior rendering, and terracotta tiles throughout, giving the home a warm, earthy character. Every element has been thoughtfully selected to create a space that’s both visually stunning and perfectly suited for relaxation and retreat. Byron Bay was an award winning project in 2025 at the MBA Northern Rivers Excellence in Building awards.

A new studio build in South Golden Beach for a creative and innovative couple with a young family, with a focus on interesting details, timber finishes, large open ceilings, round windows and a large open space for socialising and dining. This project is yet to be professionally photographed but the final product was breathtaking in so many ways. Bare Build can not wait to share Studio66 with you.

Livi is an Italian fusion restaurant in Murwillumbah, offering a fine dining experience through exceptional cuisine and an inviting atmosphere. Bare Build had the privilege of collaborating with Flack Studio to bring this high-end shop fit-out to life for the Livi team. The result is a beautifully designed space that perfectly complements the restaurant's sophisticated menu and ambiance.
